Dehradun, December 25, 2025: R V Reyansh Green Developers, a leading real estate destination in the capital’s capital, successfully hosted a grand investor and developer event today. The prestigious ceremony commenced with a sacred hawan (fire sacrifice) and puja (worship) ceremony, as per Indian tradition, bringing a positive atmosphere to the atmosphere. As per the current status of the project, the roads, the gate, the boundary wall, electricity, water, and the drainage works are complete. The sewage treatment plant will be operational very soon with the machinery installments and inspection.

The demarcation is completed for the purchased plots. The work on the Sewage Treatment Plant that began a few months before is now pacing up. The shade has already been constructed. Soon, the machinery will be installed and it will be ready. The water line, the drainage, and the electric pole setup is already complete. Only a few plots left now! Hurry! As per reports, the circle rate will be soon increasing and so are our rates.

The Gate is painted and the sewage treatment plant is also in the final stage. The demarcation of the sold plots is in the works. Only a few plots are left now. The work is in its final stages. The roads, the water tank, the drainage, and the electricity connection are complete. The gate is also complete with RV Estate on one panel, depicting our roots and connecting this project to the previous in Pondha. The guard room is complete. The transformer is also installed outside the project. The work on the sewage treatment plant will be over very soon. The development outside is also visible with the highway roads being repaired by the local government bodies. Also, we can expect the Delhi-Dehradun expressway to be fully operational by the end of February.
